Sharing Customized Collateral via Social Media

You can share a PDF or video that you've customized via social media. You create a social post, which will include a link to the asset.

1. In the Customizable Collateral area of the portal, go to the My Customizations tab.  This tab lists all the personalized versions of collateral that you've published.

2. Click View Details for the asset.

   

   Note

   You can also share an asset as the supplier provided it, i.e. without your customizations. Click the View option for the asset in the Customizable Collateral page.

3. Select Share to create a social post. 

   

4. Create the social post:

   1. Select the account(s) to which to publish the post. You must select at least one. You connect your account in your Social Settings - for more information, see Connecting a Social Media Account.
   2. Add content to the post - it's pre-populated with the URL to the asset.
   3. Upload additional media as required.
   4. Schedule when the post will go out to social media contacts. For more information, see Sending a Social Post Now and Scheduling a Social Post for Publishing.

   

5. Click Save.
