You can schedule a social media post to be published to your social media account(s) on a future date.
- Navigate to one of these pages, depending on the type of post you want to send:
- Upcoming Posts - posts with a set date for accessing and publishing
- Library Posts - posts that can be used at any time
- If you know the name of the post, you can search for it. Use the filters on the left to limit the display.
- Choose one of these actions, depending on the type of post:

> Edit
- Library Posts - click Post

- In Accounts, note or update the social networks for which the post is intended. You can adjust this here, if required.
- In the Schedule area, choose one of these options:
- Auto-Schedule - Your post will be published at a time that ensures maximum impact. For information, see Schedule for Auto-Published Social Posts.

Select Date and Time - You choose your own date and time.
Click on the calendar icon and use the pickers to select the day and time. Your selection is highlighted for reference. Click OK.
Note
The schedule date/time is based on the timezone you have set in your Company Profile.
- Click Save. The post is added to the Upcoming Posts list.
