Social media provides you with the means to build, mix, and promote business engagement with supplier- and partner-generated social content. Social content comes in many forms (audio, text, video, images, etc.). This content informs and entertains the people who consume it.

Your suppliers provide you with social content, allowing you to push that content to your connections and followers with just a few clicks. We refer to any content that is coming from your supplier to you as syndicated content. This syndicated content is continuously updated by the supplier and pushed out to you. You will be notified via email when new posts requiring your approval are available. Suppliers may give you the freedom to make changes or updates to the syndicated content before sending it, or limit what you can do in an effort to maintain their brand identity.

Your portal currently supports the following platforms:

  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • X

You can link your accounts for these platforms in the portal settings. For more information, see Social Settings.

You can configure your social feed (subscriptions to supplier content) in this page and decide whether you want to approve social posts before they're published to your social accounts.

The social media library contains supplier-provided posts that are available for your use. They are typically evergreen - meaning that they don't reference any specific event or timeframe - so they can be published at any time. Find the library in the Library Posts page - for more information, see Library Posts.

Your supplier may also push social content that references a particular timeframe, product, promotion, or other context. These posts generally have a use/expiry date and can be found in your Upcoming Posts page, along with any other posts you've already scheduled for publish. For more information, see Upcoming Posts

Your supplier may also allow you to create your own social posts in your partner portal. There are two options:

You have the opportunity to personalize posts from any of these sources, and publish the customized versions of posts to your social accounts with a sending schedule.
