Personalizing a Customizable Video

If your supplier has provided co-brandable videos for you to use, you can add your own logo. This allows you to create professionally branded marketing materials that represent both your business and your supplier's offerings, and increase your engagement with potential customers through personalized content.

To personalize a video:

1. Navigate to your Customizable Collateral page.
2. Find the video you want to personalize. You can use the search, sort and filter options in the page to help you. For more information, see Browsing Available Collateral.

3. Click the Customize button for the video.

   

   The Customize option is only available for a video that can be personalized.

   If you've created a personalized version of this asset previously, you'll see a message asking you to confirm if you want to edit the existing one or create a new version.

   

   To see all your existing customizations, go to the My Customizations tab of the page.

4. Click Personalize to access the edit screen.

   

   Note that you can invoke a 5 second preview of your video here, by clicking the play button in the Preview area.

5. In Fields, you can see a logo upload field and areas in which you can adjust the opacity (%), position, and size (%) of your logo.

   Drag and drop your logo file into the upload area, or click to pick it up from your desktop.

   Click Apply to save your changes to the logo as you go along. The formatted logo is shown in the Preview area.

   Note

   Any changes you make to a field will be used again, the next time you personalize an asset that includes that field.

   

6. When you're happy with your personalization, click Save & Publish to activate it. It's now ready to share with your contacts. For more information, see Distributing Customizable Assets.
