Your supplier can make collateral assets available to you in three ways - they choose how to deliver them to you:
- Browse Collateral portal page - all static assets
- Customizable Collateral portal page - all customizable/co-brandable assets
- Latest Collateral widget - their most recent static (non-customizable) assets
Browse Collateral portal page
The Browse Collateral page of your portal allows you to browse the collateral assets provided by your supplier.
In this page, you can carry out these actions:

Filter the list of collateral by content tag
Use the drop down menus in the Filter area to choose the filter values. If no filter is selected, the page shows all collateral from your supplier.

Sort the list of collateral by:
- Relevance
- Date (default)
- Name

Search for a collateral asset - enter text in the Search box then hit ENTER

Download collateral for your own use

Access the AI-powered features, if enabled by your supplier (from the
icon) that help you create marketing content from the assets:

Customizable Collateral portal page
The Customizable Collateral page of your portal allows you to browse the customizable / co-brandable collateral assets (PDF and video) provided by your supplier.
In this page, you can carry out these actions:

Filter the list of collateral by content tag
Use the drop down menus in the Filter area to choose the filter values. If no filter is selected, the page shows all collateral from your supplier.

Sort the list of collateral by:
- Relevance
- Date (default)
- Name

Search for a collateral asset - enter text in the Search box then hit ENTER
Search terms will match against the name, description, and tags given to the asset by the supplier.

View the asset with the Preview option.

Access the customization/personalization screen for an asset, by clicking Customize. for more information, see Personalizing a Customizable PDF and Personalizing a Customizable Video.
- Access all your customizations by going to the My Customizations tab.
Recent Collateral widget
The Recent Collateral widget can be added to any page by your supplier. It's often on the portal homepage so that you see that there is new marketing content as soon as you log in.
The widget displays the most recent collateral assets that your supplier has published for you to use. The assets found here are ready for use - they can't be customized/personalized.
You have the same actions here as in the Browse Collateral page.
You can click View All to go to the Browse Collateral page and view all available assets.
