Use AI to get Key Information About Supplier Collateral

Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.

Ask IQ is enabled by your supplier. Reach out to them if you have questions about availability.

If you’re browsing collateral assets from your supplier, you can ask Ask IQ to analyze one or more assets and give you a summary of their content. This will help you quickly decide if they are suitable for your needs, especially if you’re interested in a few - you don’t have to open and read each one yourself.

  1. In your Browse Collateral page, find the item(s) you want to review.

  2. Click on the AI sparkle icon icon_ai_expert_blue_2.png and use the Ask about... action. You can click on the icon for a single asset:

    Or after selecting multiple assets in the page:

  3. The action launches a new conversation with Ask IQ, asking it to list the key points about the asset(s).

  4. You can pass further prompts to refine the response, give feedback to Ask IQ about the quality of its response, or create marketing content from the response.
