Giving Feedback on AI-Generated Responses

Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.

You can use the react_homepage_ai_expert_response_like_dislike.png icons to give feedback about responses from Ask IQ.

  • When you've received a response from Ask IQ, click the thumb up or thumb down icon, as appropriate.

  • [Optional] If you leave positive feedback, tell Ask IQ why you’re happy.
  • [Optional] If you leave negative feedback, provide a reason by choosing a category and adding more information in a free text field (up to 500 characters).
  • Click Submit Feedback (or choose Cancel if you don’t want to give further details).
  • To remove the rating, click the icon again.
