If your supplier has provided co-brandable PDFs for you to use, you can replace placeholder information in the file with your own details. This allows you to create professionally branded marketing materials that represent both your business and your supplier's offerings, and increase your engagement with potential customers through personalized content.
Your supplier decides which fields are available in a PDF for you to personalize, for example a logo, display name, URL, or contact details.
If a logo field is provided, you can upload yours to the field, or continue with the default one provided (if applicable).
You can enter text values into any text fields included in the PDF.
To personalize a PDF:
- Navigate to your Customizable Collateral page.
- Find the PDF you want to personalize. You can use the search, sort and filter options in the page to help you. For more information, see Browsing Available Collateral.
-
Click the Customize button for the PDF.
The Customize option is only available for a PDF that can be personalized.
If you've created a personalized version of this asset previously, you'll see a message asking you to confirm if you want to edit the existing one or create a new version.
To see all your existing customizations, go to the My Customizations tab of the page.
-
Click Personalize to access the edit screen.
-
In Fields, you can see a list of customizable fields that your supplier has provided for the PDF. Enter your information into any or all, as required.
In a logo field, drag and drop your logo file into the upload area, or click to pick it up from your desktop.
Enter your own value into any text fields provided.
If you have a text field that should include an email address, ensure that is in a valid format.
Click Apply to save your field changes as you go along. The values will appear in the relevant fields in the Preview area.
Note
Any changes you make to a field will be used again, the next time you personalize an asset that includes that field.
- When you're happy with your personalization, click Save & Publish to activate it. It's now ready to share with your contacts. For more information, see Distributing Customizable Assets.
