If a social post has been scheduled for delivery by you or the supplier that provided it, you can continue to update and personalize the post until its due date.
Note
Suppliers may set restrictions on the personalization of some posts, however, you will always be able to change the scheduled date/time.
- Navigate to your Upcoming Posts page.
You can view all the posts that are scheduled for publishing to your social media accounts. If you know the name of the post, you can search for it. Use the filters on the left to limit the display.

In the post's details, note the date and time on which it's currently scheduled to be shared, plus the effective timezone. You can edit the post up to this date and time.
You can also see the platforms for which the post is available here.
- Click the
> Edit for to the post you want to edit.
- Edit the post as required:
- Select the social media platforms to which to share the post. The Accounts area of the Social post window shows the accounts that you've connected to the portal. For more information about connecting accounts, see Connect a Social Media Account.
If you see the message Content exceeds character limit for selected platforms, this means that the content exceeds the length permitted by a specific platform, usually X (formerly Twitter). You can't publish it to your account on that network.
- Edit the post’s content in Post Content. You may also paste a hosted URL of your images or video in this area. Follow the guidelines for post content summarized in Content Guidelines for Social Posts.
- Edit or upload your own images or video in Post Media. Follow the best practices and sizing notes for images and videos in Content Guidelines for Social Posts.
- Set the scheduling for the post:
- Auto-Schedule - We will automatically select a time to publish your post. For information, see Schedule for Auto-Published Posts.
- Select Date and Time - You choose your own date and time.
- Post Now - The post will be shared as soon as you click Save.
- Select the social media platforms to which to share the post. The Accounts area of the Social post window shows the accounts that you've connected to the portal. For more information about connecting accounts, see Connect a Social Media Account.
- Click Save.
