Ask IQ is enabled by your supplier. Reach out to them if you have questions about availability.
If your supplier has enabled AI support in your portal, you can ask Ask IQ to create social posts on your behalf.

Your Browse Collateral page
You can click on the AI sparkle icon and use the Create social post action when viewing collateral
Click on the icon for a single asset:
Or after selecting multiple assets in the page:
The action launches a new conversation with Ask IQ, prompting it to create a social post. The prompt tells Ask IQ to create post content that promotes the selected asset(s), and includes relevant hashtags and a CTA. Ask IQ confirms when it’s created the post, and advises you what key content or message is highlighted in the post. You can review the content to check it reflects your required tone/message - if not, give additional prompts in the Ask IQ anything field.
You can click the icons to give feedback about the notes. For more information, see Giving Feedback on AI-Generated Responses.
Once you’re happy with the post content, click Create Social Post.

You can click the Create Social Post icon for a response you want to share, when chatting with Ask IQ in your portal.
The action adds a new prompt to the conversation, asking Ask IQ to create a social media post using the content of the original response. Ask IQ confirms when it’s created the post, and advises you what key content or message is highlighted in the post. You can review the content to check it reflects your required tone/message - if not, give additional prompts in the Ask IQ anything field.

Once you’re happy with the post content, click Create Social Post.
A social post is generated, with the content of the response. It's added to your Upcoming Posts page:
You have many options to customize the post:
- Specify which of your connected social media accounts you want to publish the post to. For information about connecting accounts, see Social Settings.
- Update the content
- Add further media links
- Schedule the publishing of the post

When you click Save, the post is added to the Upcoming Posts page in your portal. For more information about the page, see Upcoming Posts.
