Changing your Password

You can change your portal password in your My Profile page.

1. Click the down arrow next to your initials in the top right corner of the window. Choose My Profile.

    

2. Go to the Change Password tab.
3. Enter your current password in the Current Password field. You can use the View icon to see what you're typing.

4. Enter your new password in the New Password field.

   Here are our password requirements:

   • Be at least 8 characters long
   • Contain digits
   • Contain an uppercase letter
   • Contain a lowercase letter
   • Contain a special character
   • Not match any of the last 10 passwords
5. Enter the same password in the Confirm password field.
6. Click Change Password.
