My Profile is the personal information held about you in your partner account. It's usually your name, contact details and any other information your supplier wants to know about you.
You can keep your profile, plus your password and communication preferences, up to date as required.
Specify your communication preferences
Manage your profile

Click the down arrow next to your initials in the top right corner of the window. Choose My Profile.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Update any of the details in the profile form provided by your supplier.
- Click Save.
Change your password

Click the down arrow next to your initials in the top right corner of the window. Choose My Profile.
- Go to the Change Password tab.
- Enter your current password in the Current Password field. You can use the View icon
to see what you're typing.

Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Here are our password requirements:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain digits
- Contain an uppercase letter
- Contain a lowercase letter
- Contain a special character
- Not match any of the last 10 passwords
- Enter the same password in the Confirm password field.
- Click Change Password.

Click the down arrow next to your initials in the top right corner of the window. Choose My Profile.
- Go to the Communications tab.
- Select your opt-in/out for these types of communication, by clicking the toggle:
- Partner Center Messages - emails from your supplier
- Social Accounts Expiry - system emails advising you when your social account connections are due to expire
