Users can find their organization's account when registering
Your portal already supports a Find Partners option, usually on the logged out page, where potential users wanting to register for your supplier’s channel program see a list of matching partner accounts (based on their email address) and choose to join one. We’ve improved the page and added a new filter, so that a registrant can easily find their own organization within the list of matching accounts.

Check with your supplier if they are providing the Find Partners option - they need to enable it for you.
T&Cs / contracts for multiple purposes from your supplier
We’ve increased the options suppliers have to provide Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for their partners to work in the portal. They already provide them but now they can upload more for you to accept.
You may see multiple T&Cs for acceptance - some, for accessing the portal or collateral assets, are required and will be presented when you log in or access your Collateral pages. Others are optional. Reach out to your supplier for clarification.
You have a new page in your portal settings, which gives you an overview of your agreements with your supplier. Go to My Profile > Terms & Conditions.

Introducing Playbooks
Your portal supports the use of Playbooks - supplier-defined sets of data and assets to help you achieve specific goals such as marketing campaigns, events, or product sales. Your supplier can provide these for you in your portal, where you can download and distribute their contents as required.

Use a product picker for deals
We’ve added a new product search option for users adding line items to their deals in portal. This allows you to navigate long lists of products, especially if they’re similarly named. You can search by product name, description, or code.

Ask IQ as your daily assistant
We’ve made an important addition to the Ask IQ assistant that your supplier can enable for you in the partner portal. As well using Ask IQ as a knowledgebase Q&A assistant, as it is at the moment, your users can now treat it as their own personal rep, using it to interrogate their own data (deals, accounts, leads, collateral, certifications, campaigns, etc.), get analysis, and have it perform actions on their behalf. All via natural language conversation, without having to navigate around the portal.

Support for Hebrew language portal
Your supplier may now offer translation of your portal into Hebrew, as we've added support for the Hebrew language.
