Your partner portal provides two options for you to get help from the platform:
Access the options by clicking on your initials in the top navigation bar.
Contact Support
Click Contact Support to access a form that you can complete to send a request or raise an issue to the Support team.
Complete the form, then click Submit. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk *.
The form sends an email to the Support team - your email address is included as a default for sending and replies, but you can cc other users if required. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
Note
The Contact Support option is also available from the login page of the portal - your users can get help from here if they’re having trouble getting online.
Support Portal
Clicking this option launches the UnifyrONE academy, where you can browse our resource of help articles.
There are two ways to find content in the Academy: use the search bar or browse all our articles.
Search the Academy
Use the search bar to find answers to specific questions. You can find the search bar in two locations:
-
On the Academy homepage
Enter your search term in the search bar. A list of suggested topics is presented as you type:
Select one of the suggested topics from the list if they are suitable. If not, hit ENTER to continue with the full search. All articles matching your search term are presented as results.
If you've entered a question or phrase as a search term, the academy will give you an AI-generated response, based on information it's found in articles.
-
You can also do a text search from any Academy article:
For best search results, use keywords wherever possible. Avoid using full sentences as this may generate inappropriate results.
Browse the Academy
Click around the academy to find topic of interest, using the navigation options in the homepage. These are mainly task-based, although if you want an overview of the portal, start with New to the UnifyrONE partner portal?.
Click on any article to access its content.
The academy remembers the articles you last looked at, so you can choose one of these if you want to jump back in to your reading. The list is located at the bottom of an article.
