If you’ve forgotten your password for the partner portal, you can click the Forgot password? option on the login page.
Enter your email address, and check the I’m not a robot security option.
Click Send Password Reset Email.
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don’t receive the email, check these things:
- The email may have landed in your spam / junk folder
- The sender email address may have been blocked by your corporate email filter. We suggest you and your users whitelist the address notification@email.unifyr.com to ensure these emails are received when requested.
Your supplier may use their own designated email address to send notifications of this type. Reach out to them for guidance on the address(es) you should add to your whitelist.
