Your partner portal, powered by Unifyr One, is your personal access point to your supplier's Channel Program. Access marketing assets, sales enablement, training materials, and intelligent AI support from Ask IQ to engage prospects and drive business success.
What content you see in the portal depends on these things:
- The features that your supplier has selected (this article gives a list of all features - you may not have access to all of them)
- Your eligibility for different aspects of the program as set by your supplier.
Note
The articles in this academy reflect default styling, product settings, functions, and benefits of each area. Your supplier's styling and organization of individual elements, and what they choose to include, will vary. They may also choose to provide their own custom pages and page options.
Click on the logo in the top left corner of the portal to return to the landing page at any time (or click Home in the left sidebar, if your supplier has provided that option)
Navigation
Use the left sidebar to navigate to the area you want to work in. These are the activities suppliers can make available to partners in the portal - yours will have provided some or all of them to you.
- View your onboarding plan and guidance - see the tasks and targets that will help you successfully integrate into your supplier's channel program
- Access collateral - browse, download, or customize the collateral assets and multimedia provided by your supplier, and use AI power to generate marketing content from them
- Communicate with your contacts - create, customize, personalize, and send social posts
- Manage your sales - register leads and deals, and manage your contacts
- Find learning resources - get access to training courses and certifications, and register for training events
You can click the
arrows to collapse/expand the navigation, if you want to change the visibility of the content area.
Ask IQ
Note
Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
Ask IQ is enabled by your supplier. Reach out to them if you have questions about availability.
Ask IQ, your portal AI assistant, can give you lots of support with your marketing tasks and help you access the content you need to achieve success.
You can ask Ask IQ questions about the tasks you’re carrying out, or a subject you need information about, and get helpful answers back. The Expert also provides links to any relevant content in its responses, such as collateral assets or marketing tactics provided by your supplier.
Ask IQ can also auto-generate social posts on your behalf, based on the content of its responses to your prompts. You have the opportunity to send them as is, or edit, personalise, and schedule them as usual.
Enter a question into the Ask anything… window in the top navigation, then click .
Or, click the icon to get going. This launches a conversation panel. Here, you can start talking to Ask IQ, pick up previous conversations, or delete them if they’re no longer applicable.

Notifications
The Notifications area ( ) of the partner portal allows you to pick up messages:
- Communications from your supplier
- Notifications from your supplier's AI Agents (if they’re enabled)
- System notifications

Settings and Help
Click on your initials in the top right corner of the portal window to access these areas of assistance:
- My Profile - keep your personal details up to date
- Account Settings - manage your users, keep your company profile up to date, and set up approval of user registrations (Administrators only)
- Social Settings - link your social media accounts, and set up your social feed
- Support Portal - launch the Unifyr One academy, where you can browse our resource of help articles
- Contact Support - send a request or raise an issue to your Support team
- Language - select the language in which to display the portal
- Theme - choose light/dark mode
