You can register a new lead via the Leads page in your portal:
- Navigate to your Leads page.

Click Register New Lead.
- Complete the Lead Registration form for your new lead. Your supplier decides what information they want to capture - your form will likely look different to the one shown in this article. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Note
It is not good practice to register your own email, or that of your colleagues, as a lead. Your supplier may have implemented a restriction that prevents you from doing this.
- Click Register Lead. The new contact is added to your Contacts and Leads pages. The lead is also passed to your supplier's records.
Your supplier may have configured your system to check if there are any duplicate contacts or leads matching the information you provided. Depending on the level, you may see these actions:
- If the provided email address is already logged, and duplicate leads are permitted, the system will pull in the existing contact information for the new lead.
- If the lead information already exists, the system may block your request to create the new lead. Questions regarding this issue can be directed to your supplier point of contact.
Here are some tips about lead registration:
- If any data is required by your supplier, you will not be able to complete the registration until the required fields are completed. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

You can keep a registered lead’s current status up to date quickly by opening it, then clicking on the relevant status in the Lead Status area.
