Viewing your Leads

As a default, lead records can be made available to you from these areas of the partner portal:

• Registered Leads page
• Recent Leads widget

The list is sorted by Create Date as a default - with the most recent at the top of the list. You can sort the page by any of the columns in the list - hover over a column then click the arrow to sort by that column as required. 

You can look for leads using the Search field - search by Email, Name, Title, Phone Number, Company Name, State, and any custom lead information from your supplier.

If you've integrated your portal with your CRM (Enterprise subscriptions only), you can also search in the Description/Notes that have been pulled through via your CRM connection.

Recent Leads widget

If enabled by your supplier, this widget shows the 5 most recent leads you’ve registered with your supplier. It's usually included on the homepage, to help you access your most important information as soon as you log in.
