Lead Summary
Shows this information:
- Contact's name and email address
- Current status of lead
- Summary of the lead's engagement with your marketing content - opens, clicks, and downloads
Deals
Shows the deal(s) created from the lead.
Click on a deal to open its details.

Lead Status
Shows a timeline of the lead's current position within the customer journey. You can update the status here by clicking the relevant icon.
Your supplier decides what statuses they will provide for you to indicate your progress on nurturing a lead. Your timeline may look different to this one.
Notes
- Updating the stage to Unqualified/Invalid or Qualified essentially closes the lead, so the status can no longer be updated.
- If you convert a lead into a deal, the lead's status is automatically marked as Qualified.
Contact Information
Shows a subset of the contact details for the lead. You can access more information, and edit the details, by clicking Edit at the top of the lead. For more information, see Updating a Lead.
Your supplier decides what information is provided, and what you can edit. Your contact form might look different to this one.
Additional Information
Displays additional information that was entered when the lead was registered.
Your supplier decides what types of data, other than the contact details, they want you to collect for leads.
Additional Information
Shows status information about the lead:
- Lead Source - Portal (lead registered by partner)
- Registration Status - The status that has been applied to the lead by the supplier - Pending (awaiting response), Accepted, Rejected, or Expired
Lead Insights
[Available if your supplier has enabled AI support in your portal]
Shows insights about the lead, and recommendations on how to nurture it.
The insights are powered by AI, and give an assessment of the strength of the lead. The analysis is based on the details provided for the lead, compared to previously registered leads in your system. There is also a Confidence score, which is Ask IQ's confidence in the validity of the assessment it has provided - this depends on the amount of information the lead contains.
Ask IQ indicates how it produced these insights, in the Reasoning field.

Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
Timeline
Gives a summary of the principal dates in the lead's lifecycle, and the interactions that the contact has had with your marketing communications.
