You may have specified that you want to approve scheduled social posts from your supplier before they're published to your social media accounts.
Configure your Requires Approval / Auto-Publish preferences in your Social Settings page - for more information, see Configure your Social Feed.
Posts that require your approval are identified with the Approval button in your Upcoming Posts list. They also show the social networks for which the post is intended.
Posts that you've activated and scheduled yourself are also listed here. They don't need to be approved. For information about scheduling posts, see Scheduling a Social Post for Publishing.
To approve scheduled social posts for publishing:

Navigate to your Upcoming Posts page.

You can search for posts, or use the filters on the left to limit the display.

Posts that require approval display an Approve button - click it to approve the post for publish without making any changes. If you want to make changes before approving, click
> Edit.

Alternatively, choose multiple posts to approve by clicking the checkbox next to each one.

Click Approve at the top of the list.
