The Upcoming Posts page displays social posts that have a date associated with them:

  • Library (evergreen) posts that you have selected and scheduled.
  • Supplier-provided posts that have a deadline for accessing and sending, and which need approval before sending. For information about approving posts, see Approving Scheduled Social Posts for Publishing.
  • Time-sensitive posts that you have already approved for publish.
  • Posts that you've created yourself (if this is permitted by your supplier) - for more information, see Creating your own Social Posts.

Note

Upcoming Posts is the default name for the page - it may have a different name in your partner portal.

In the page, you can:

  • Edit individual posts (if your supplier has permitted this) - add or change content, post images, schedule or approve for posting.
  • Approve posts for publish.
  • Remove individual posts from the list.
  • Select multiple posts to approve or delete in bulk.

Note: You can't bulk delete posts that you have already approved.

  • Create your own social post - for more information, see Creating your own Social Posts.
  • Access the Social Settings page to manage your social feed and account connections.
  • View your current timezone.

You have several ways of finding content in the page:

  • Search by keyword for social media posts - enter text in the Search box then hit ENTER

  • Filter the list by social platform and subject (your supplier's tags)

Click the arrow icon_right_chevron.png in a tag category to find the tags to select.

If no filter is selected, the page shows all upcoming posts.

You must have at least one social media account connected to the portal to be able to share content. For more information, see Connecting a Social Media Account. The page shows an advisory message if you haven't linked any accounts yet - click Connect Accounts to go to your Social Settings page.
