Your supplier may offer training opportunities (Courses and Certifications) through the partner portal. Each Course or Certification may include multiple sections to complete.
-
Course
Training content delivered to your partners, without providing a certificate of completion.
Courses can be delivered as a standalone offering or as part of a Certification program.
Courses are built from individual modules. A course module might include a quiz, to test your knowledge once you've completed it.
-
Certification
A more formal training qualification made up of a Course or Courses. A Certification provides tangible evidence of your relationship and experience with your supplier and increases your credibility with potential customers.
Once you have successfully completed a Certification, you may receive a certificate that you can print or share to demonstrate your proficiency.
Access to a Certification may be dependent on successful completion of a previous Certification.
Your supplier might provide an event that is based on a training course - for example, they might set up a Zoom session for you to attend remotely. If you attend the event and complete the course, your supplier can confirm this for you. For more information, see About Partner Events.
The Courses and Certifications pages of the portal show the Courses and Certifications provided by your supplier to which you have access. For more information, see Browsing Training Material from your Supplier. Here you can find available material, and see which ones you've already interacted with.
If my supplier updates training material after I have completed it, am I still seen as credited / certified?
Yes. Once a Certification or Course is marked as completed for you, it remains completed even if the Certification or Course is subsequently changed.
If you've completed a Module and/or Quiz in one Course or Certification, you'll be credited for that Module and not be required to repeat it if it appears in another Course/Certification.
