Taking a Course or Certification

Get your training courses from these pages of the partner portal:

• Courses - browse available courses
• Certifications - browse available certification-based courses

To take a training course or certification:

1. Navigate to the Courses or Certifications page in the left hand sidebar.

2. Find the course or certification you want to take, and click View to open it. If required, select a supplier in Filters to limit the list.

3. If you’re working on a certification, you may find it contains multiple courses. Choose the course you want to start, and open it by clicking View Course.

   

4. Click Open next to the training content, or the first module in the course.

   

5. Follow the prompts in the course to navigate through it.

6. Use Exit Course or the X button to leave before completing the course. Your progress is captured for reference - for more information, see Viewing your Training Progress.

7. A module may have a quiz associated with it. If so, click Take Quiz after you've completed the module. You'll be given your result when you finish it.

   

8. You can either continue until you've completed all the modules (and quizzes, if applicable) and courses, or exit the course/certification and come back to it later.

9. When you've completed a certification, you may have the option to download your certificate. Your supplier decides if a physical certificate is available. Open the completed certification, then click Download Your Certificate to proceed.
