Click on a deal in the Deals page to access its details.
In the details view, you have access to this information:
You can also carry out tasks in the Deal Details page, depending on the status of the deal. You can't action deals that your supplier has rejected.

Deal Summary
Shows this information:
- Deal name
- Current status
Status is colour coded for quick reference:
- Draft (not submitted) - grey
- Approved (by supplier) - green
- Rejected (by supplier) - red
- Expired (by supplier) - red
- Pending (awaiting response from supplier) - orange
- Total value, with currency

Timeline - the deal's progression through the sales journey
If you hover over a stage, you’ll see the probability of closure value assigned to the stage.
You can update the stage by clicking on the required stage in the timeline. You can also update it in the Edit screen. For more information, see Updating a Deal.
Your supplier decides what stages they will provide for you to indicate your progress on closing the deal. Your timeline may look different to this one.
Deal Details
Shows some key information about the deal:
- Created date
- Last Updated date
- Status - the current status as set by the supplier - Pending (awaiting response from supplier), Approved, Rejected, or Expired
- Currency
- Sales Rep - the Sales Rep handling the deal
- Estimated Close Date - the date on which the deal is/was expected to close, and the number of days to the date (if it's in the future
Account Information
Shows information about the customer account associated with the deal:
- Account Name
- Status - whether the account has been approved by your supplier
- Source - where the account was created - by the supplier, or from a request by the partner
Click the View link to open the account record.
Contacts
Lists the contacts you've linked to the deal.
Click Add Contact to assign a new contact. for more information, see Updating a Deal.
Click X to remove a contact from the deal.
Source Lead
If the deal was generated by converting a lead in the partner portal, this field gives information about the original lead.
Deal Insights
[Available if your supplier has enabled AI support in your portal]
Shows insights about the deal, and recommendations on how to progress it to closure.
The insights are powered by AI, and give an assessment of the strength of the deal. Any perceived risks in the deal being closed are expressed.
The analysis is based on the details provided for the deal, compared to previously registered deals in your system. There is also a Confidence score, which is Ask IQ's confidence in the validity of the assessment it has provided - this depends on the amount of information the lead contains.
Ask IQ indicates how it produced these insights, in the Reasoning field.
Note
Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
Deal Attachments
Lists the additional files of information that are attached to the lead.
Click on a file to access it - it opens in your browser or is downloaded to your desktop, depending on the filetype.
Timeline
Gives a summary of the principal dates in the deal's lifecycle:
- Submit Date
- Create Date
- Approve Date
- Last Update Date
Line Items
Lists the line items (products, services, etc.) included in the deal, if this option is provided by your supplier.
