Viewing your Deals

As a default, deal records can be made available to you from these areas of the partner portal:

• Deals page
• Recent Deals widget

Deals page

Your supplier may have specified that you can see all deals, or only see the deals you've created, or those to which you are explicitly assigned (as sales rep, deal owner, or other partner contact on the deal). Reach out to them for clarification on what you should expect to see here.

The list is sorted by Create Date as a default - with the most recent at the top of the list. You can sort the page by any of the columns in the list - hover over a column then click the arrow to sort by that column as required. 

Values in the Status column are color coded for quick reference:

• Draft (not submitted) - grey
• Approved (by supplier) - green
• Rejected (by supplier) - red
• Expired (by supplier) - red
• Pending (awaiting response from supplier) - orange

You can use the Distributed filter if you want to distinguish between deals assigned to you by your supplier (Yes) and those you've registered yourself (No).

Recent Deals widget

If enabled by your supplier, this widget shows the 5 most recent deals you’ve registered with your supplier. It's usually included on the homepage, to help you access your most important information as soon as you log in.
