Your supplier wants to keep in touch with you, to ensure your experience with them is the best it can be. They can communicate with you via your partner portal, to give you news, updates, support, guidance, and encouragement.
There are a few messaging options available to a supplier, they may provide any or all of these in the portal:
Latest News widget
The Latest News widget can be added to any page by your supplier. It's often on the portal homepage so that you see updates from them as soon as you log in.
The widget displays the 6 most recent posts and communications your supplier has pushed to their partners.
Click View on any of the posts to open and read them. Click the browser's Back button to go back to the previous page.
Popup messages
Your supplier might push you a one-time popup message on the portal, for example to remind you of an upcoming event or task, or to notify partners of portal outage.
The popups can appear on any page, as decided by your supplier.
Click Close once you've read the message. It's retained in the Notifications area for future reference.
Notifications
You can pick up all your messages and automated notifications from the Notifications area of the partner portal.
