Your portal supports bulk uploads of contacts.
A quick way to add contacts is to upload a contact list from a file. The file must be in XLS, XLSX, TXT, or CSV format, and a maximum size of 5MB. We provide a template that you can use to ensure that the file you upload conforms to the correct format and data specification.
Note
It is not good practice to register your own email, or that of your colleagues, as a lead. Your supplier may have implemented a restriction that prevents you from doing this.
- Navigate to your Contacts page.

Click Import Contacts.

[Optional] Click Download Template to access a sample CSV file that you can use as the basis for your upload.

Prepare your file of contacts for upload.

Drag and drop the file onto the drop area, or click Browse to find and upload it.

[Optional] Specify if the new contacts should be grouped in a contact list - click Create a new contact list to create a new list with these contacts, or choose an existing contact list from Select Contact List. The contact list will be available when you schedule an email for sending.

Set the email opt-in requirements for each contact - either confirm that you have already received confirmation from the contacts, or that they should receive an email asking them to opt in to receiving communications from you.

Click Import.

The import is queued for processing. When it's complete, you're given a summary of the results, indicating the number of contacts that were successfully imported and the number that failed.
You can click Download file with errors to get more information about any unsuccessful entries.
Correct the errors in the file, then repeat the upload to add the corrected entries. Make sure you remove the Line # and Error columns from the file before retrying the upload.
