Notifications

The Notifications area () of the partner portal allows you to pick up messages:

• Communications from your supplier
• Advice that new social media content is available for review/approval
• Notifications from the portal’s AI Agents (if they’re enabled by your supplier)
  • Onboarding Agent - reminders of the next steps in your onboarding journey
  • Deal Agent - advice and encouragement to help you progress your deals
  • Social Agent - generation of social posts

The bell icon shows a number if there are messages to read. Click on the icon to open the messages list. Anything you haven’t read is shown in bold font.

Click on a message to open it, then click Close when you've read it.
